Wholesale Terms and Conditions

PRICING AND ORDERS.

We supply wholesale orders by the dozen with only 4 dozen minimum per order. Pricing varies based on purchase quantity. Summary of current wholesale pricing (subject to change):

<= 16 dozen per month: $21/dozen

17 - 64 dozen per month: $19.5/dozen

65 or more dozen per month: $18/dozen

Custom flavors require a minimum of 16 dozen per month: $19.5 minimum per dozen.

The prices above are for loose cookies, individually wrapped add $3.00 per dozen. We require a 1 week notice on all orders. Order submission through our website at www.wholesale/sweetvelvetmacarons.com.

PAYMENT.

Payment shall be made via Credit Card through wholesale website. If approved for billing payment shall be made via ACH through invoice or by mailing check to 829 State St, Suite 3001, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043., in the amount invoiced. Payment terms for Goods purchased shall be Net 15.

If any invoice is not paid when due, interest will be added to and payable on all overdue amounts at 18 percent per year, or the maximum percentage allowed under applicable laws, whichever is less.

DELIVERY.

  • Anything under 35 miles will be based on distance and will be calculated during account setup. Can range from $10 - $25.
  • Delivery from 36 - 75 miles is $3 per dozen capped at $200 for orders over 65 dozen
    • Orders 36 - 75 miles and ordering less than 50 dozen orders will be shipped via UPS 2-day
    • Orders 36 - 75 miles ordering 51 dozen or more, orders will be hand delivered
  • Delivery over 75 miles will be shipped UPS 2-day at a rate of $3 per dozen


PRODUCT HANDLING.

Retailer agrees to follow strict product storage and rotation procedures as provided by Sweet Velvet Macarons in order to ensure optimal freshness. Instructions to be provided with delivery of order.

CONFIDENTIALITY.

Both parties acknowledge that during the course of this Agreement, each may obtain confidential information regarding the other party's business. Both parties agree to treat all such information and the terms of this Agreement as confidential and to take all reasonable precautions against disclosure of such information to unauthorized third parties during and after the term of this Agreement. Upon request by an owner, all documents relating to the confidential information will be returned to such owner.
